We also work with hospitals located in Arizona, Colorado and Albuquerque to admit local residents. Whether you have an upcoming surgery and want to start planning your skilled stay or you are currently in the hospital and want to discharge to a local facility please give us a call! Dietary and Nutritional Needs Management
Our certified dietitian ensures that all meals are nutritionally balanced and that all medical and faith-based food requirements are also met. We promote good nutrition as a fundamental part of ensuring a more complete recovery.
